Access
Access is easy- you will receive your unique door code to enter the apartment prior to your arrival. The front door will have a Yale punch code lock. Simply push your code in and hit the check mark symbol on the the lock and the door will unlock.

Transit
Getting around is easy- Our unit has a great, central location between some of the City's hottest neighborhoods. With a Walk Score of 83 it means your stay is very walkable to many local attractions including historical sites, great bars and restaurants, the Delaware Riverfront area, and shopping! If you choose to explore by car, you can easily get to main highway onramps as well as other attractions in the City. Uber and Lyft are also easily available, or if you'd like to roll around by bike, feel free to rent Indego Bikes from various docking stations located throughout the City. Gabe was absolutely amazing. Their place , absolutely stunning and oh so comfortable we didn’t want to leave 😅 the view on the rooftop deck is absolutely stunning at night. We enjoyed everything about our stay. When we return to Philly we will definitely be checking in to see what’s available with gabe FIRST! lol

The apartment was lovely - clean, bright, functional, and comfortable. The bathroom was spa-like, the kitchen was well-equipped including cooking tools so we could make our own breakfasts, and the bedrooms were comfortable and clean. On-site parking was very useful, and we were able to get to the apartment without too much city driving thanks to the nearby expressway (although it was a little noisy). We ended up using public transit for the entire stay since a subway station was only ~10 mins walk away. We visited during a heatwave, so we couldn't make as much use of the great rooftop patio as we would've liked, but the air conditioning worked amazingly, so at least we had the indoor haven! Gabe was very friendly and responsive. I hugely appreciated the apartment guide provided in advance so that everything from apartment access to appliance use was laid out from the beginning, facilitating a seamless and stress-free stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

We picked this place after our day at Sesame Place! It was about a 30 minute drive from sesame place and everything was great. The host was responsive and very helpful with any questions I had. The place looked just like the pictures and had lots of things that were helpful when traveling with children. Thank you for a great and safe stay!

Stayed in 352 #2 for one night with my kids. Great place, very clean, with a rooftop deck to boot. Easy location to get around the city, beds were comfortable, tvs in every room. little noisy, but it's the city, realize that. thanks for having us!

Place was great and right by the piers. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Host was also super responsive and made the whole process from check in to check out easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place and will come back in the future.

The property is truly lovely and you feel like you’re staying at a boutique hotel. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless and the bedrooms were beautifully made up. When we had some issues the hosts were super responsive. There are two sets of stairs (one leading up to the main level and one to the rooftop deck). We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you to Gabe and Jon for hosting us!

There were 5 of us and we each gave Gabe and Jon's condo 5 stars in every important category. We could walk to everything we wanted to see in Old City. We only used Uber on the last day when we went to an attraction in Middle City, but we could have walked. The condo was spotless and very well laid out. The river was just a block or so away and a nice place to ride bikes, walk, or sit by the water after visiting museums all day. The rooftop deck was a hit with everyone. It gave you a view of parts of the city but also the river. Gabe and Jon were great hosts, and got back to us immediately when we had a question. I could not have been more pleased with this condo and its location. If we return to Philadelphia, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you Gabriel and Jon!
